Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ExpediApp's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
ExpediApp provides rapid app development services including mobile application development, web platform development, backend systems, and related software engineering services.
Project Engagement
Scope and Timeline
Each project engagement will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that defines:
- Project scope and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Fees and payment terms
- Acceptance criteria
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Supply necessary assets, credentials, and information
- Designate a primary point of contact
- Pay invoices according to agreed terms
Intellectual Property
Client IP
Upon full payment, clients own all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project.
Pre-existing IP
ExpediApp retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in project delivery.
Open Source
Projects may include open source components subject to their respective licenses.
Payment Terms
- Fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
- Retainer agreements: Monthly billing in advance
- Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur interest charges
Warranties and Disclaimers
Our Warranty
We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill and care. We will fix any defects in deliverables for 30 days post-delivery at no additional charge.
Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond the warranty stated above. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or user adoption.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to termination date.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
